(4) That if you do not give us all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order;

(5) Not to interfere or attempt to interfere in any way with the website's networks or any other related networks or network security, or to use the website's service or any other related networks to gain unauthorized access to another computer system;

(6) Not to use the site to communicate, transmit or display any material in violation of the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of any third party person or entity;

(7) Not to use the site to engage in conduct constituting a civil, penal or criminal offense, or which in any other way contravenes municipal, provincial, national or international legal or regulatory provisions;

(8) That by placing an order on the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into legally binding contracts. We may impose rules and limits on the use of the Site, or limit access to it in whole or in part. We have the right to change these rules and limits at any time, in ours and absolute discretion.

No "contract" exists between you and us relating to the purchase of a product offered on the site until we have accepted your order and sent you the Dispatch Confirmation. If your order is not accepted and the amount has already been withdrawn from your account, your account will be fully refunded.

Products available

All orders are subject to product availability. Quantities and in-store sales will be prioritized over online sales. More options and more merchandise is offered in store. In the event of supply difficulties or in the event of a shortage of goods, we reserve the right to draw your attention to similar products of equal or greater quality and value, which you can then order. If you do not wish to order these products, we will refund the amount you paid for the purchase of the unavailable product.

Refused order or modification of the website

We reserve the right to withdraw products displayed on the website at any time and to delete or modify any content or element appearing. Although we use reasonable efforts to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse to process an order despite sending an Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order at any time in our own discretion. We assume no responsibility towards you or towards third parties relating to our decision to withdraw a product from the site whether it has been the object of a sale or not, to delete or modify an element or content appearing or to refuse to process or accept an order, despite sending an Order Confirmation. We may also remove, modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site.

DELIVERY

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we engage ourselves to fulfill your order for the product(s) mentioned on the dispatch confirmation before the delivery date indicated, or, if no indication is given as to the date, within fifteen (15) working days from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. The delays may be longer. Please note that no deliveries take place on Saturdays and Sundays. The date of receipt of the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen. We consider that the delivery of a parcel delivered without signature takes place when the delivery service confirms that it has been deposited at the address agreed for delivery.

If you choose to pick up the package in store, you will need to show your order confirmation.
