You can choose to pick up your package in store. If you choose this option, you will not be charged any additional fees.

We also ship with different delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS and Purelator across Canada

- Delivery costs will be calculated according to your basket. Please allow a few seconds for the options to appear and choose the one you like the most.

FOR THE RETURN OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE.

We will exchange or give a credit of the purchase value, available online or in store, for any merchandise within 14 days of the shipment date. Returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn or damaged. Returned items must have their original tag and a valid receipt. You absolutely must obtain a return number before reshipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are not covered.

All sale items 25% or more are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items.

All credit will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return package.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST

(1) Your name, (2) The goods you want to return, (3) The reason for the return

2. You will then receive a return number by email.

3. Prepare your package including the merchandise to be returned along with your original receipt.

4. Please write the return number on your package and send it to the following address:
